For me, doing sport has never been something, I had to force me to. I always enjoyed to get exhausted until it was hard to keep standing up.
The longer I spent time on the internet the more I recognized the people, girls in particular, who feel uncomfortable in their body's and are desperately trying to do sport and start diets.
But most of the time they don't know what they're doing.

The problem is, that schools usually don't educate you about fitness, eating the right food and keeping yourself healthy and you have to inform yourself on the internet. The first thing you will see are a variety of people who tell you different things on how to "Get abs in 2 weeks" or "Loose 10 pounds in a month".
But this is not how it works!
It always takes its while until you see improvement, depending on your body type, the kind of sport you are doing, the food you are eating, your metabolism and what you actually want to achieve.
Fitness, health and food is so important, but yet there are people who think it's enough to take a walk once a week and that should be it. But people, I can tell you, it's not.

Please remember that I am in no way an expert. I can only tell you what books, people from the internet and my own experience taught me. But it is helpful and you are saving a lot of time. Fitness is a thing you have to educate yourself about (unfortunately) and I know that it would be easier to just stay on the sofa and do nothing. But I don't want to be horrifyingly unfit when I am older. I'm thinking about my future. Being unfit is always bad and does not help you in any way.

I hope some of you are interested in the following posts which I'll upload every now and then concerning these topics. I am really looking forward to write them.
